It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas...

Turns out we haven't bought North a stocking yet. For now he has one of his socks....

Visit with Connor and Madi

On Saturday we got to stop by Nana and Grandad's and visit with Connor and Madi. It was so fun to see them -- we're all so excited that soon they will have a new baby brother and North will have another cousin to play with! Congratulations again Uncle Adam and Aunt Angie! (and of course Connor and Madi!)

Harsh family Thanksgiving! (Friday)

On Friday we celebrated a belated Thanksgiving with the Harsh family. It was a relaxing day full of fun and food.

North and grandma were wearing matching shirts.

Grandma and Grandpa bought North a fun rocking horse that he loved.

North enjoyed watching the fire in the fireplace.

Grandma fed North sweet potatoes.

It was a very nice day.

Happy Thanksgiving!

North's first Thanksgiving!
He got to try yams for the first time. Didn't love them as much as peas but didn't dislike them.
We spent the day at Larry and Sherry's visiting with Nana's family.
Fun fun.

Cute ice-cream turkeys made by Sherry - North wasn't old enough to sample one this year but, he sure did like the looks of them.

Visiting with Gigi

Turkey nap -- maybe once North is eating turkey he will sleep!

Hungry

North is a great little eater. It's so fun to introduce him to new foods.
So far he likes rice cereal, potatoes, and yams. He hates carrots. He loves peas.
Here are some pictures of our culinary adventures to date.

Fun times at Campus View today...

C O O K I E S ! !

Annual Harsh family Christmas cookie extravaganza! Such a lovely day. North's first year 'participating' (sort of)!
Tower of baked goods!

North supervising!

This year we added home-made doggie biscuits to the line-up!

An assortment from the day!

1. Monster Cookies
2. Hello Dollies
3. Oreo bon-bons
4. M&M Pretzels
5. Fannie May Fudge
6. Mint thins
7. Chocolate covered raisins and peanuts
8. Toffee

North of course can't eat any of these yet. Maybe next year.

This weekend he did try carrots for the first time. He wasn't a fan. at all. We'll try again tomorrow.
